Additional color and material options

The initial color and material ideas you work with your designer on will be rendered realistically on your home plus a couple extra free options to toggle. Should you want to see additional options rendered, these can be requested starting at $5 per option.
Additional Designers Ideas

Should you want to see more than one designer ideas rendered on your home, you will have the opportunity to hire as many additional designers as you would like once your initial project is delivered from the first designer you picked. Designer fees vary based on the designer desired.
Architectural changes

Many times clients want to add features to their home above and beyond color and material changes. Examples include adding dormers or a new front porch. DZINLY has an excellent team of architects who will sketch these ideas for your approval. The sketch you approve will then be rendered realistically on your home. We have a $49 fee to engage our architects to do initial rough sketches. Once you approve your sketch, a price will be provided quoted per project to have our architects finalize and render the ideas realistically on your home.
New Home Builds

If your home is not yet built or under construction and you are looking for color and material ideas, you can submit your plans and DZINLY will provide you a price to build a realistic model. You will then be able to see different color and material ideas from your selected designer on this model. Building the model is a custom cost outside of the initial designer package and is determined by the complexity of your home's design.
